Spend this Songkran going deeper into your Yoga practice with Luke at
Absolute Sanctuary, Thailand's Premier Detox & Yoga resort on Ko
Samui. Five unique yoga sessions will bring you deeper into your
current practice along with introducing new asanas.

Emphasis will be on a fully-integrated practice, teaching how the
breath, vinyasas (movement) and asanas are all part of the same
system. The real trick to going deeper into the asanas isn’t pushing
harder, it’s relaxing into the breath and using the energy from the
vinyasa.

Morning practices will revolve around the Ashtanga primary series. The
afternoon practices will be more interactive and playful, where
students get a chance to work with advanced back-bends and
arm-balances, ask questions and also work through their individual
problems.

* The workshop is for students of all levels. Instruction will be in
Thai and English ( and some Sanskrit)

ใช้เวลาช่วงสงกรานต์นี้ เพื่อพัฒนาการฝึกโยคะให้ลึกซึ้งมากยิ่งขึ้น กับ ครูลุค ที่แอ๊บเซอลูท แซงชัวรี่ รีสอร์ทเพื่อการฝึกโยคะและดีท็อกซ์แห่งแรกของประเทศไทย ที่เกาะสมุย กับการฝึกโยคะที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว 5 sessions ที่ จะช่วยทำให้การฝึกโยคะในปัจจุบันของคุณพัฒนาได้มากขึ้น และนอกจากนี้แล้วก็ ยังมีการสอนท่าใหม่ๆอีกด้วย

workshop นี้จะเน้นการฝึกอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ ที่ประกอบด้วย การหายใจเวลาฝึกที่ถูกต้องเป็นอย่างไร
การเคลื่อนไหวที่เรียกว่า วินยาสะเป็นอย่างไร และการผสมผสานระหว่างการเคลื่อนไหวและการหายใจเวลาฝึกอาสนะที่ถูกต้องเป็นอย่างไร
เคล็ดลับที่จะฝึกและเข้าไปในท่าได้ดีขึ้นนั้นไม่ใช่การฝืนตัวเองและผลักดันตัวเองให้เข้าไปในท่าอย่างหนักหน่วง แต่ อาศัยการผ่อนคลายจากลมหายใจ และการใช้พลังงานจากการเคลื่อนไหวแบบวินยาสะ

การฝึกในช่วงเช้าเป็นการฝึกแบบ Ashtanga primary series และช่วงบ่ายเป็นการฝึกร่วมกันที่สบายๆ เป็นกันเอง และเป็นเวลาที่นักเรียน
จะได้มีโอกาสฝึกท่า back bends, arm-balances ระดับสูง และนักเรียนจะได้มีโอกาสสอบถามปัญหาต่างๆ

การสอนจะเป็นทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ ( และภาษาสันสกฤตบ้างบางส่วน )
